1600 Northwestern Dr.

1600 Northwestern Drive is a new build-to-suit manufacturing facility for Schneider Electric USA, Inc. and consists of 161,335 SF. This project was completed in January, 2023. This is a great addition to Plexxar’s growing portfolio of high quality, institutional real estate.
